Who we are
This notice explains how Mantika handles personal information when you visit mantika.ai or write to us. Mantika is the company behind Mantika Argus and Mantika Tessera.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or write to hello@mantika.ca: your name, work email, organization and your message.
When you book a call: the details you give to the booking service.
When you open a page: standard technical information that the servers record with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, so the site can be delivered and kept secure. Our hosting keeps these request logs for about 30 days.

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts.
Our presentation at day.mantika.ai is a separate site. This cookie statement covers mantika.ai only.
If this website ever adds cookies, we will update this notice first.
The contact form's protection against automated messages sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.
If you pause motion, your browser remembers that choice on your device. Nothing is sent to us.

For the contact form, these providers are Google Cloud and Google Workspace.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements.
Messages sent with the contact form reach us by email, and we keep them as business correspondence. The website's own copy of each message is deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, write to us at hello@mantika.ca.
You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
International transfers
